The importance of having an email on your account with us:
We DO NOT bombard you with sales and unimportant information
We email invoices, receipts & statements to keep you updated on your account
We email Prepay letters in January
Aeration sign-up email is usually sent in September
How do I pay you?
Mail a check to: Po Box 3952 Boardman, OH 44513
Add us as a payee on your bank online banking & they will mail the check
Go to our website and click on the My account/Pay here icon
Calling in your credit card can be done but not ideal. We will play too much phone tag as I am not in the office all day.
Once I receive and post your payment I will email you a receipt.
How does your billing work?

Once service is completed the service tech will leave an invoice. I will then email the invoice as a backup measure, sometimes the wind takes them or whatever happens. I only mail an invoice if I do not have an email for you.
What is your fertilization schedule?
Application 1 April-May
Application 2 June-July
Application 3 & Grub July-August (this is 2 applications at 1 time, so you will be billed for both)
Application 4 September-October
Application 5 October-November
When are you going to be here?
